Navajo farmers were still struggling to access water for their crops this week. The Navajo Nation was hit hard when the Animas River closed two weeks ago after toxic wastewater was released from an abandoned mine in Colorado. The PBS Newshour covered the spill from the Navajo Nation.
The Washington Post reported recently that restaurants in major cities across the country are having a hard time finding qualified cooks. Albuquerque Business First reported on the situation in New Mexico.
